AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

1. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are in CAD. You agree to provide accurate purchase information for all transactions.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Cancel anytime by contacting assistance@wwwsysak.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued once work has begun.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own all intellectual property rights in our Services and Content. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our Services without our express prior written permission.
5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR LIABILITY WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. The courts of Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.
