AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Sysak, a company registered in Canada at 185 Berkshire Dr, London, Ontario N6J 3R6. We operate https://wwwsysak.com and provide Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services to help Canadian businesses improve their visibility in AI search engines. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
1. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are in CAD (Canadian Dollar). You agree to provide accurate purchase information for all transactions.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting assistance@wwwsysak.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued once work has begun.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own all intellectual property rights in our Services and Content. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our Services without our express prior written permission.
5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR LIABILITY WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. The courts of Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute. Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.
