AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Sysak, a company registered in Canada at 185 Berkshire Dr, London, Ontario N6J 3R6. We operate https://wwwsysak.com and provide Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services to help Canadian businesses improve their visibility in AI search engines. By accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
1. OUR SERVICES
Sysak provides GEO services including AI visibility audits, content optimization, citation building, and monthly monitoring reports. Services are intended for Canadian businesses and those accessing from other locations do so at their own initiative.
2. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are in CAD (Canadian Dollar). You agree to provide accurate purchase information for all transactions. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting assistance@wwwsysak.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued once work has begun.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own all intellectual property rights in our Services and Content. Content is provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our Services without our express prior written permission.
6. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. The courts of Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute. Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.
